The strategy involves the concept of learning organizations conceptualized by Peter Senge which was first published (and widely accepted) in his bestselling book The fifth part Discipline. This paper reviews the implementation of the concepts of universal worker and organizational change in ABC Healthcare in order to remain efficient in terms of costs, resources, service, and management.Employees are an integral part of any organization and are often referred to as one of its most important assets.
